We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Product Owner to strengthen this journey.
As the Product Owner of the Subscription Management Team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our subscription management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage an agile development team
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for subscription management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features and enhancements
- Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings to ensure the team is focused on the highest value tasks
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding product status and updates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in subscription management to drive continuous improvement and innovation
About you
Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a subscription-based business, and demonstrated successful collaboration between business and IT
- Ideally experience with leading an innovative team delivering commercial value in a large organization
- Knowledge from subscription management-based systems, i.e., Dynamics 365, Oracle, Aria or Salesforce
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Experience with software development
- Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus

- Ability and interest in understanding both complex business problems, identify and interpret business needs as well as understanding technical solutions and challenges
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, team building, critical thinking, and proactive planning skills
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire project teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in negotiation, vendor/supplier management, risk and issues management, and time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
