As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a proactive sparring partner for the organization, ensuring financial steering by providing relevant insights and sparring on performance improvement. You will prepare forecasts and establish processes to increase financial predictability, drive relevant management reporting, and ensure a holistic financial understanding across the full value chain. By combining financial and operational performance, you will provide actionable commercial insights and develop business cases in close collaboration with the organization, ensuring follow-up on performance. Additionally, you will track and report on the performance of financial initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
You will possess a solid financial toolbox with a strong mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, and communication skills. Working in a structured manner, you will take initiative and challenge the status quo. Your analytical mindset will go beyond the numbers to ensure business understanding and impact performance. As an experienced integrator between Business and Finance, you will excel in stakeholder management.
After your time in Direct Care, you will join the treasury team, where you will participate in Falck banking operations both externally and internally, monitoring liquidity and supporting subsidiaries globally with funding and bank requirements. Engaging in important dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, you will actively participate in and handle a mix of recurring and ad hoc tasks.
The competencies making you a valuable Finance Business Partner will also come to good use in the treasury team. Utilizing your numerical aptitude, analytical capabilities, and interpersonal skills, you will be involved in group cash management, the ongoing development of group banking setup, and bank migrations to the new ERP system. Development of the department is a priority, e.g., via better and/or automated reporting and, if possible, using AI. Additionally, you will be responsible for group and subsidiary funding and financial risk management. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with other finance teams and stakeholders across the group for treasury-related ad hoc analysis and project work. You will provide treasury reporting to executive management, requiring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar position in Business Finance
- Profound finance acumen and a strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely
- An analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving, focusing on underlying value drivers
- Treasury experience is a benefit but not a requirement
- A master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in English
