About the job
As our new Project Manager, you will become part of a Strategic Initiatives part of Digital Solutions, Healthcare & Corporate Products department. You will work close with stakeholders across Finance, DT and Business Units - in standardising and digitalising ways of working in Falck’s global organisation.
Tasks:
- Organize and guide developers, architects, and application managers, while leading diverse internal teams such as Legal & Compliance, Global Procurement, Global HR, Finance Reporting & Consolidation, Sustainability & ESG, along with various other stakeholders, to successfully deliver corporate products for Falck employees.
- Support project planning and maintain project plans
- Follow-up on deliverables and support dependency mapping
- Manage risk identification and mitigation process and own the RAID logs
- Manage ongoing resource planning in collaboration with the core project team
- Responsible for preparing status reporting and other project material
- Drive project communication
- Plan and execute meeting and events meetings and events
- Responsible for maintaining Teams site and Programme calendar
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Availability for travels - depending on the project's needs

About you
You will be responsible of your own projects therefore we expect you to have:
- 10+ years of experience of a similar role
- Extensive practical experience in managing IT projects or programs in a global working environment
- Proven track record of successful collaboration between business and digital development with larger implementations, such as with experience in AI, Infrastructure, ERP, ITSM, or CRM projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to deliver concise and simple messages
- A relationship builder who navigates easily between different stakeholders ranging from subject matter experts to senior stakeholders
- Can both keep an eye on the big picture, but is no stranger to paying attention to details when needed
- Proactive and process-driven thriving at bringing your strong organizational skills into play every day
- Thriving with daily change and possessing the potential to pivot solutions if the situation requires this
- Tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
