Student Assistant to Global People & Culture at Falck​

About the job

This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience with global HR within a large, international organisation. We provide a steep learning curve in a collaborative environment that prioritises knowledge-sharing. Also, we have a fun, social and down-to-earth workplace culture. 

As part of our team, you’ll engage in diverse tasks, including: 

  • Create slides, presentations, translations, and materials - using Falck’s own ChatGPT 
  • Coordinating translations of guides and support materials for global use 
  • Supporting projects and assisting colleagues across various initiatives 
  • Conducting statistical analytics to enhance organisational insights - an opportunity to strengthen your Excel and data visualisation skills  
  • Developing and updating training and e-learning as part of the global curriculum 
  • Handling various day-to-day tasks within - organisational development 

About you

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented team player with a can-do attitude. Ideally, you: 

  • Are a master’s student in a relevant field (e.g., People & Culture, Business Administration, Project Management, Communication) with a least one year left of your studies 
  • Can work 15 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods)  
  • Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work, especially when coordinating tasks or handling multiple priorities. 
  • Are interested in data and statistics, with a willingness to analyse and interpret data to support organisational initiatives 
  • Are proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint  
  • Are fluent in English (a Scandinavian language is a plus)  
  • Are structured in your approach but flexible when priorities shift
