As part of our team, you’ll engage in diverse tasks, including:
- Create slides, presentations, translations, and materials - using Falck’s own ChatGPT
- Coordinating translations of guides and support materials for global use
- Supporting projects and assisting colleagues across various initiatives
- Conducting statistical analytics to enhance organisational insights - an opportunity to strengthen your Excel and data visualisation skills
- Developing and updating training and e-learning as part of the global curriculum
- Handling various day-to-day tasks within - organisational development
About you
We are looking for a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented team player with a can-do attitude. Ideally, you:
- Are a master’s student in a relevant field (e.g., People & Culture, Business Administration, Project Management, Communication) with a least one year left of your studies
- Can work 15 hours per week (with flexibility during exam periods)
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work, especially when coordinating tasks or handling multiple priorities.
- Are interested in data and statistics, with a willingness to analyse and interpret data to support organisational initiatives
- Are proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Are fluent in English (a Scandinavian language is a plus)
- Are structured in your approach but flexible when priorities shift
