The new collaboration will ensure that If's customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland can feel secure knowing that Falck Global Assistance helps with both medical assistance and travel assistance when they travel around the world.
With core competencies in medical assistance and travel assistance, Falck Global Assistance services both travel insurance companies and companies with holiday travellers, business travellers, and expatriate employees. For private customers, it may be medical help and transport home in case of an accident on a skiing holiday, while for expatriate employees and their families, it may be help with medical examinations or acute illness. All services are handled at 24-hour emergency call centres around the world.

With the agreement, Falck Global Assistance will handle medical assistance and travel assistance for private customers who have travel insurance from If, and for many of If's corporate customers who have taken out travel insurance and/or expatriate insurance for their employees living or working abroad.
